2021-srw Customer Engagement Associate
Position Overview
Responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with assigned clients, connecting with internal departments to ensure customer delight. This position will collaborate between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure all customer needs are met in a timely and successful manner, while building strong relationships that position Health Monitor in a favorable light.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide outstanding service and support in a collaborative environment
- Engage customer promptly, personally and with the goal of ensuring they feel welcome and satisfied with our products and services
- Create a timely and efficient on-boarding experience for our customers that ultimately yields a deeper relationship to expand product knowledge and usage
- Proactively and accurately provide support in maintenance of our devices including upsell leads if the opportunity arises
- Assist customers with content updates
- Learn and use marketing materials in communications
- Offers first-line support directly to the customer with internal back up when required
- Goal oriented with an exceptional drive to exceed objectives
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 1+ years customer service experience in B2B or healthcare industry
Additional Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Positive and enthusiastic “can do” attitude
- High degree of initiative, organization, accuracy, sense of urgency and solution oriented
- Must be an efficient multi-tasker to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Working knowledge in tracking multiple objectives in CRM
- Strong work ethic, dependable and punctual
