2021-srw Regional Installation Coordinator

Position Overview
Provide regional customers with clear information and specific scheduling of services in a professional manner.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Skilled in over-the-phone communication & ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Engaging our customers to arrange appointment times for various (In-Office) services
  • Provide clear and simple instructions and processes over the phone
  • Ability to work with external vendors along with internal team members
  • Coordinate with our Operations team to quickly resolve all user issues
  • Must be proficient in Excel – pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, etc
  • Ability to multi task and effectively collaborate with resources within Operations Department
  • Serve as the point person between the end user and vendors for all technical related issues

Additional Experience:
  • Process flow experience
  • Vizio, lucid charts, other related programs/software
  • Problem solving skills

Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer support role
  • Energetic and eager to make an impact within a competitive industry
  • Experience using a CRM (or similar) system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects
