PAL: Associate at Boston Healthcare Associates

1. Boston Healthcare’s growing teamis looking for an Associate for our Boston, Massachusetts office. This full-time, entry-level position requires an individual with a proven record of academic excellence and a demonstrated interest and knowledge in the healthcare industry . A minimum of a B . S or B . A . is required , with major coursework in the life sciences , biotechnology management, or economics preferred.

1. As an Associate at Boston Healthcare you will:

• Conduct research and analysis regarding market opportunity, market access, evidence requirements, and pricing for new health care products and services including biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, and information technologies.
• Analyze current medical practices, competitive technologies, payer policies, and other market access and adoption factors for innovative products and services.
• Conduct primary and secondary research and data collection, and interview clinicians, payers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Develop project materials within given timelines and produce written reports and client-ready presentations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to deliver advanced analysis and recommendations to a global client base of innovative healthcare companies.

• You are creative, curious, and interested in how healthcare is delivered, accessed, and financed, globally.
• You possess a minimum of a B . S or B . A . , with major coursework in the life sciences , biotechnology management, or economics preferred.
• You have superior organization and time management practices.
• You have excellent w ritten and verbal communication skills.
• You are familiar with PowerPoint and Excel, and other data analytics and visualization tools (e.g.,SAS,SPSS).
