CULTURE
At Beekman 1802, the company motto is “Work Hard, Never Quit, and Help YourNeighbor.” We aim to deliver simple, cultivated products and inspiration to all our Neighbors. Our Schenectady Headquarters was just named “Coolest Offices in Albany” by the Albany Business Review. We work hard but smart, and everyoneleaves their ego at the door. We are independently owned and self-funded, with no venture capital or private equity. Change and growth are all around us and all employees are expected to be agents and embracers of change. Integrity, authenticity, and kindness are required. If you don’t thrive in a rapidly growing and ever-changing organization, Beekman may not be a good fit for you!

COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
Beekman represents a talented and diverse workforce. We believe that it’s not only right to celebrate peoples’ differences, it’s good business too. Your heritage, your appearance, your favorite foods, your pronoun preferences, your music choices, your age, your beliefs…. they’re all important to us because the only way to grow, service, and celebrate the diversity of our Beekman Neighbor base is if we have a diverse team internally. Achieving the full potential of diversity and inclusion is a top business priority that we consider critical to our success. We are an EEO employer.
