EDITORIAL ASSOCIATE, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The BounceX Business Development team is scaling and hiring a newly created Editorial Associate to support Business Development Executives in penetrating BounceX’s top target accounts, largely the top 100 online retailers.
A successful Editorial BDR will possess exceptional writing skills, perform research and leverage their ingenuity to roadmap complex organizations and reach their key decision makers. The ideal candidate should have a high degree of emotional intelligence and a strong track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Enterprise and Strategic Business Development team in crafting highly customized, multi-channel, persona-based outreach to drive specific interest
- Manage operations of incoming ad hoc projects and prioritize urgent requests with speed and intelligence
- Act as the conduit between Sales, Marketing and Existing Business teams
- Ensure continuity of messaging across the full customer sales lifecycle
- Invite executives to numerous events throughout the year
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from and accredited college or university
- 2-4 years of professional writing/editorial experience (preferably in agency, tech, sales, media, entertainment or publishing fields)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects/priorities with various stakeholders
- Previous experience working within analytical, metrics-driven organization preferred
- Passionate, entrepreneurial self-starter with a healthy dose of humility
