One River School Of Art + Design is embarking on a mission to "transform art education" and we are looking for motivated professionals who are looking to be part of a new business concept that is changing people's life's. We have positions open right now for our locations across New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.

The Assistant Director reports directly to the Director and helps to drive the student acquisition
and customer service of the school. The Assistant Director also supports the marketing and
administrative responsibilities of the school. The ideal candidate will have a passion for our
brand and is a hard working, self-starter with excellent project management and communication
skills. We are looking for someone who loves people and builds relationships easily and also loves
working in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing company environment.

Here is an outline of some of the responsibilities:
•    Assist in a variety of administrative school needs including reporting, membership
management, student surveys, classroom inventory
•    Oversee new student on-boarding to ensure student satisfaction
•    Develop one to one relationships with the student body and the parents of our students
•    Assist in the planning, marketing and artwork sales for gallery exhibitions
•    Manage ongoing web updates on the One River School website
•    Execute the School's marketing plan through local events and promotions
•    Help generate press through local media outreach by preparing press releases and e-mail
marketing, as well as networking for local community events, business partnerships and local public / private school partnerships
•    Communicate with prospective students via phone, email and through in person school tours to
enroll new students

Qualifications:
•    Working towards a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, four-year college or university
required
•    Strong passion for and competency in a consumer facing service oriented business
•    Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
•    Potential to grow into a leadership role
•    Passion for the One River School brand
•    Able to work a non-traditional schedule, Saturdays required
