NYC-SRD- Digital Product Support Specialist

Position Overview
The Operations Data Analyst will work closely with sales operations & operations departments to drive solve complex issues with our suite of digital products. This role will require critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

Essential Job Functions
· Work with internal and external teams to solve technical issues within our network of products nationwide
· Ensure all digital products are functioning properly in the field utilizing third party content management, tracking and analytics portals
· Responsible for scrubbing data for errors/inconsistencies and make recommendations to upper management on how to keep data in systems pristine
· Have a deep understanding of trends in data & information; able to articulate to upper management so that new processes/procedures can be implemented
· Ability create dashboards to quickly review project progress/make adjustments as needed; ability to clearly articulate next steps after reviewing data

Qualifications
· 2-4 years’ experience in product support or similar role
· Experience using Android or Chrome OS
· Experience using CRM, ERP, or CMS systems
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills
· Able to be calm in a very stressful environment.
· Sound judgment and critical thinking.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Research, Statistics
