NYC-SRD- Project Marketing Coordinator

Project Management Coordinator
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Project Management team to coordinate the review,
approval, and release of deliverables through the agency.

What does the project management team do? The project management team develops the project plan and communication milestones, flags timing concerns, and works with the resource management team to assign resources. They guide projects through each step of the process from estimation to delivery, and they manage teams to work within allocated hours and budgets.

What it takes:
•    Drive the trafficking of multiple projects through the agency
•    Support Project Management on multiple brands and projects
•    Coordinate reviews and edits of deliverables
•    Be proactive in meeting all deadlines, ensuring client deliverables and production deadlines
are met
•    Collaborate with the Project Management, Account, and Creative teams to ensure all issues are
effectively resolved and deadlines are met
•    Work with the full team to ensure work is produced and edited according to established
specifications
•    Attend and participate in weekly status meetings with Project Management team
•    Provide coverage at the front desk, as needed

Know-how:
•    Bachelor’s degree
•    1 to 2 years of experience in an agency or similar environment
•    Ability to manage several tasks at once from multiple team members
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Fast learner with demonstrated success in fast-paced environment
•    Calm under pressure and able to work within tight deadlines
•    Highly organized and detail-oriented
•    Sound judgment and interpersonal skills
•    Intermediate PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Project skills
