In this position ...
The Associate, Digital Investment, will work within a digital buying team as well as designated client facing teams to plan, implement, manage, optimize and reconcile digital media campaigns.
The main function is to work closely with Sr. Associates and Managers in developing and maintaining
digital media plans while absorbing as much digital media knowledge as possible . The Associate is also responsible for learning and utilizing third party research tools and implementation systems (i.e. Prisma and third-party ad servers such as DFA and Sizmek).

Job Responsibilities:
•Assist Sr. Associate and Manager on plan development and recommendation development, including:
  • Facilitating the Digital Negotiation process
  • Work with strategy team and utilize 3rd party syndicated research resources (i.e.ComScore,
Nielsen, etc.) to develop partner recommendations for upfront and standard buys
  • Crafting RFPs and evaluating proposals from publishers/vendors
  • Help provide data and background for the development of POV’s of relevant partners and
opportunities
  • Meet with industry representatives to gain insight to all phases and points of contact of
media partners
•Work with the Sr. Associate and Manager on implementation and optimization of campaigns,
including:
  • Keep up to date on all communications with strategy team including buy authorizations, tracking reports, buy changes, creative specifications, etc.
  • Assist Sr. Associates/Managers to enter final buys into Prisma and issue IOs
  • Work with activation team to traffic campaigns
  • Ongoing buy management and stewardship of campaigns (pacing, updates in Prisma, optimizations, etc.)
Ensure accurate and timely vendor invoice approval and reconciliation with Finance teams
  • Update financials in Prisma
  • Assist with client financials such as budget reconciliation and budget management
  • Work with media operations coordinator (MOC) as needed

Our Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising or marketing
•Although no media planning or buying experience is required an internship with an advertising/media agency is strongly preferred.
•Comfortable working with budgets, numbers and all relevant Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Word, Excel)
