NYC -SRD-Product Integrity Analyst

Marketing Campaign & Product Integrity Analyst, New Grad - Summer 2019

Looking to leverage your problem solving skills to impact industry leading Marketing Technology (MarTech) Product? We're on the hunt for a tech savvy individual with top-notch logic skills, great UX instincts, and extreme attention to detail to join the BounceX Product Integrity team.
As a Product Integrity Analyst, you will be integral to the success of the Product Integrity team and the QA department. You will test marketing campaigns and product features from visual, functional, and UX perspectives, confirming they are aligned with client and company goals. With a focus on user flows and user behavior, you’ll verify and troubleshoot campaigns based on company best practices, which stem from one of the largest historical A/B testing data sets in existence. You will leverage your superb attention to detail and problem solving skills to ensure that BounceX products and services are correctly integrated into our clients’ platforms. All the while, you’ll be closely collaborating with fellow Integrity Analysts as well as with our Engineering and Account Management teams.
Clear communication across teams and the ability to work under pressure is paramount in this role, as Product Integrity Analysts are the “last line of defense” before BounceX campaigns are turned live on our clients’ sites.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in Martech and learn about the software development lifecycle through the lens of quality assurance.
Responsibilities
  • Validate campaign logic and functionality, and ensure a positive user experience
  • Learn, apply, and optimize best practices for validating the successful integration of clients into the BounceX platform.
  • Collaborate with account managers and engineering teams to validate functionality, identify bugs, and fine-tune new product features
  • Manage your time and prioritize your workload effectively to meet tight deadlines
Program Eligibility
  • You must be currently pursuing - OR - have recently obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree at an accredited US college or university, with a graduation date between May 2018 – June 2019
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA; 3.5+ GPA preferred
  • You must be able to provide documentation of authorization to work in the US
  • You must possess permanent US work authorization
  • You must be able to start full time role in Summer 2019
Qualifications
  • You must possess permanent US work authorization & be able to provide documentation of authorization to work in the US
  • Ideal candidate has 0-2 years of professional experience (post graduation)
  • Previous academic or internship experience in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, A/B Testing, User Experience (UX), Web Development, Software Testing or a related discipline is required
  • Basic proficiency with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is preferred
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn technical concepts
  • Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and logic skills
  • Strong communication skills - you will be collaborating with many different cross-functional teams ranging from Account Management to Engineering
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent intuition for what makes a good user experience
  • General interest in Digital Marketing
