Client Care Coordinator
Client care and service is of utmost importance at SIS Inc. As an intern, you will assist in providing an outstanding client experience to our clientele. You will learn about and aid in the onboard process for new clients, following up with existing clients as well as design and distribute educational materials such as our client Innercircle Newsletters and Client Letters. You will have the opportunity to co-create online client educational material such as printable PDFs, videos and even online client events. In addition, you will learn about and assist in client portfolio reporting. We will use various software programs such as Ycharts, Morningstar Office and eMoney. The internship provides both job shadowing and independent project development. Come join us as we care, create and educate!

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel & Word.
We have been paperless for over 15 years and proficiency in navigating various software programs and online client management tools
